We are a leading venture who needs a strong and dedicated Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will improve overall business operations by streamlining administrative duties within the firm, including:

Answering phones and directing messages

Greeting visitors and clientele

Preparing domestic/international travel schedules

Coordinating stakeholder and client meetings

Maintaining business and personal calendars

Building memos, meeting agendas, and presentations as needed

Approving invoices, maintaining books, and submitting expense reports

Managing file archives
