To coordinate the appropriate staffing and patient care in the doctor’s offices. The clinical manager will provide leadership in the areas of quality patient care, nursing judgment, and appropriate clinical staff responsibilities and service excellence.

Three or more years of direct clinical experience. Demonstrated supervisory experience in a multidisciplinary setting with a minimum of 10 providers. Experience in using an electronic health record and other applications including Scheduling, Registration, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to do math calculations, input data into the computer, and analyze data as requested. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to follow and understand instructions, and react favorably in all work situations. Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.
